Fiber Art Resume’
Priscilla Stultz
In 1995, I became interested in quilting and made my first piece of fiber art. I began entering challenges quilt/fiber art competitions in the year 2000. My first success came in 2000 when I entered a “Diamond Challenge” for the Quiltmakers Magazine. The entry was an original design Field of Flowers. I began to show my quilts/fiber art as much as possible at shows and galleries. In 2001, I joined an Art Quilt Group in the Northern Virginia area. We have had several challenges and have shown quilts/fiber art at several venues in the Virginia. We continue to branch out with our skills and art. I sold my first piece of fiber art “Comet Kohutek” in 2004.
At the present time I am a member of the Fairfax Art league and exhibit on a regular basis and sold a journal size quilt at the first show of the year. I currently am giving trunk shows and teaching fiber art classes.
